You may request a return within 30–60 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Be full-priced items (including items purchased with discount codes)
Items marked as sale, final sale, or with a crossed-out “was” price are not eligible for return
Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Have all original tags attached
Be in original packaging
Be free from perfume, deodorant, body odor, or detergent smells
Be free from makeup or fake tan marks
Additional requirements:
Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox
Handbags must include the original dust bag and packaging
For hygiene reasons, intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, and earrings cannot be returned
⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned at the customer’s expense.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refund processing time: 1–5 business days after approval
Returns may take up to 14 business days to be fully processed
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
